Rewriting one site to many sites

I'm not sure how possible this is, but here's what I'm trying to do...

I've got a group of domains (using travel as an example only, I'm not doing travel):

www .travelaustralia.com
www .travelusa.com
www .travelgreece.com
www. travel(etc...)

What I'd like to do is run these sites off one hosting account, but so that each one has it's own individual information pulled from the database depending on the location stated in the URL. Each location will be defined in the database as a unique value that will be used to define what info goes where.

Does anyone out there have an idea if this might be possible, and what steps I might need to go to so I can get this working?
