advanced subdomain rewrite

Hello everybody,

I already watched the hole forum but i couldn't find my answer. Sorry if i didn't search enough..

What i wanna do...

i have a index.php?=u% which i redirect to a subdomain. But there are more files in the subdirectory which i want to rewrite to the subdomain.

The u% must be the home dir for the subdomain.

So %.domain.com, but now i have a profile which is profile?=u% which i want to redirect to the same subdomain because the % is the same, but it needs to be %.domain.com/profile or something like it..

Is that possible? And somebody has a script for that?
