It looks like it isn't working at all.

Ask your host if they support mod_rewrite.

What URL can you use to access public_html/forum/?

I've no domain pointing at public_html.

fooz.dk points at public_html/fooz.dk and I then want fooz.dk/forum to point at public_html/forum.

So currently there's no URL where I can access public_html/forum.

Try moving the forum to public_html/fooz.dk/forum/. Then try putting

Options +FollowSymLinks

RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^forum(/(.*))?$ http://fooz.dk/fourm/$2 [P,L]

in public_html/site2.com/.htaccess.
