Subdomain to different folder

Thanks for your fast answer, I changed my subdomains to point them to my main document root. The problem is that with the first code I get the error 403 and with the second one I get error 500 :-?
What can be wrong with it?

Use the second code. You need to add a space before [QSA,L]
