Hi I wrote a page using anchor names that has been replaced by a database page. I need the URL http://mysite/online/#1 and http://mysite/online/#2 to go to http://mysite/online/index.php?id=5 and http://mysite/online/index.php?id=6. I need help I cannot figure out how to write the mod_rewrite rule. Please help...you can e-mail me at itnate@club182.com.

I'm not completely sure, but I don't think you can use mod_rewrite to deal with the anchor portion of a URL. You might need to use JavaScript for this.
