Newbie and need help with rewrite and maybe cloaking?

I would like to rewrite and redirect anything coming to
www.whomeever.com to goto
http://greeleybuyowner.com/Silver_listi ... ?ID=140000

but also want it so that when they do goto www.whomever.com it keeps it in the browser and doesn't show the http://greeleybuyowner syntax. Can someone please give me an example .htaccess file.
