redirect to get archive. domain.com/php?file=download.zip

I need:

My web is : www.domain.com and user need get archiv.zip, the url now is: www.domain.com/archiv.zip ok?

But, i need whitz htaccess, user go to www.domain.com/archiv.zip now is redirecct to www.domain.com/phparchive.php?file=http ... archiv.zip

¿This is posible? Thx to all!
