Patience!

What exactly is in your .htaccess file?
What happens when you go to /images/199/261029_balon.jpg? Do you get redirected or do you see the image?
What happens when you go to /show/199/261029_balon.jpg? Do you see the image?
Does your browser send the HTTP Referer header?

I can barely understand what you are trying to say. In future please answer all of my questions.

do you have any solutions which will be really functional?

I don't think there is a reliable solution to stop direct access without also catching legitimate users.
