Can mod_rewrite redirect based on title of visited url?

Postby emolinare » Wed Aug 26, 2009 5:38 am

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can answer this problem as I've spend good 3 days now
searching all over the internet for some answer.

I need to create a mod_rewrite redirection; but it needs to be based
on url title.

Here is an example:
Imaginary website blah.com has many pages, but only some pages have
<title> tag = "Test Page Number: xxx".
Whenever there is a title tag like that, I want to redirect person to
a different url.

So basically I need to redirect visitor of page with title starting
with words "Page Number" to some other page (error.html).

Is there any way mod_rewrite can redirect based on title of visited
url?
