insert index.php before everything written after domain name

Hi

I have a site I need to get working where all the links are made like

http://www.siteurl.com/din_side/abonnement
http://www.siteurl.com/artikler/fedon_e ... nringsrdet

The links only work when index.php is placed before then

http://www.siteurl.com/index.php/din_side/abonnement
http://www.siteurl.com/index.php/artikl ... nringsrdet

how can I automatically do this with modrewrite so that the

http://www.siteurl.com/din_side/abonnement
http://www.siteurl.com/artikler/fedon_e ... nringsrdet

links still work,
