rewrite php files

I have many domains on my server and each one has an enter.php file with a link in it, that has an id:

http://www.whatever.com?id=xxx

I would like to change the id in all those php files to yyy like this:

http://www.whatever.com?id=yyy


Is it possible using mode rewrite?
