Force UPPERCASE domain name in browser address window ?

Typically, browsers display URL domains using lower case letters.

Is there any way to force the Apache webserver and/or browser to display an UPPERCASE domain name (mod-rewrite?)

This would be useful to avoid confusion between the lowercase 'el' and the upper case 'I' which often look the same in the browser address window.

Example: http://www.lvsnet.com could be misinterpretted
Example: http://www.LVSNET.com is displayed unambiguously

I was considering using http://LVSNET.com as a possible shortcut redirect for:
