url's with an # in it

Hya,
My site has some "inline links" but i can't seem to get it right...

http://mysite.nl/archives/p/84/more/1/c/0
http://mysite.nl/archives/p/84/more/1#more84

The upper url seems to work with:
RewriteRule ^archives/([a-z]+)/([0-9a-z]+)(/more/([0-9]+)(#more[0-9]+|/c/[0-9]+))?$ /index.php?$1=$2$3$4=$5 [QSA]

But i can't get the 2nd url to redirect.
