URLs Mod rewite -ENGINES

Hello,

I have mod rewrote my .htaccess file and now my classified adverts can be accessed via a htm file

i.e http://www.mydomain.com/red145.htm would take you to

http://www.mydomain.com/classified.php?cat= 1subcatid=4&adid=5

I have a question, will the search engines include my new htm pages even though they are never displayed? For example all pages still display the php code but are accessible via the htm (even though it is never used)

Do I have to do additional work to get the htm codes listed on the engines?
