Redirect accesses to domain1 subdirectory to domain2

Dear All,

My last query has now been solved - thank you previous contributors for efforts.

I am now successfully switching:

www.friend.com

to:

www.friend.com/friend/index.htm

>>> Now I need to switch:

www.mystuff/friend

(accesses to any of the HTM files in the directory /friend

to:

www.friend.com

Any help would be gratefully received.
