rewrite index.php to index.php?....

hi, just a simple question. i am trying te redirect the visitors on my site, so that when they go to www.8dayssooner.co.uk they automatically get sent to www.8dayssooner.co.uk/index.php?pagenam ... =style.css
so the site can be viewed as i want with the custom scroller.
