I want to rewrite dynamics URL into static URL

http://mysite.com/?req=cat&id=games to http://mysite.com/games.html
http://mysite.com/?req=cat&id=games/auction to http://mysite.com/games/auctions
http://mysite.com/?req=cat&id=games/auction/3dgames to http://mysite.com/ games/auctions/3dgames
http://mysite.com/?req=detailed&id=8 to http://mysite.com/detailed-8.html

Can anyone tell me how can I mod rewrite these URL into static URL. I will be very thankful to you for this favor.
