Need help with a few rewrites

Ok, So i'm new to MR and need some help.

Right now, I have it so mysite.com/index.php?module=news goes to mysite.com/news/

What I can't figure out is how to make

mysite.com/index.php?module=news&article_id=4 (example)

go to

mysite.com/news/4/

I also need one for my admin sectino. So things like

mysite.com/index.php?module=admin&category=news

would be

mysite.com/admin/news/

and mysite.com/index.php?module=admin&category=news&action=submit

would be

mysite.com/admin/news/submit/
