Not Found Error.

I use this code:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mod\.mechakoopa\.servegame\.org
RewriteRule ^/(.*) /flashbb/$1

When I go to http://mod.mechakoopa.servegame.org/index.php
It just says:

Not Found

The requested URL /php/php.exe/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
